Biography

At my grandparents' house on the beautiful, swedish Island; Öland

My name is Emma Kullman. I am based in southern Sweden, currently studying Organisation and Leadership at Malmö University.

With a background in service, sales, and digital marketing, my work has always revolved around people — whether it’s welcoming hotel guests, helping a customer find the right fit, or coordinating a local marketing campaign. I enjoy helping people with both small and more extensive acts of service.

I tend to see life from the bright side: every day feels like an opportunity and every challenge feels like a chance to grow. I’m optimistic by nature and am always open to new challenges and opportunities. I love stepping into the unknown — traveling, meeting people from different walks of life, and forming genuine connections all around the world. These experiences have taught me that kindness, curiosity, and a smile can open doors you didn’t even know existed.

After studying social sciences with a focus on behavioral science, I continued into media techniques, production, typography, and digital marketing. I’m drawn to the space where clear communication meets thoughtful design, and I love learning new tools and systems along the way. With a Bachelors' Degree in Leadership, I hope to tie these experiences together and work with something I love.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer at heart. I notice light, texture, and small everyday moments — the kind of details that make a place or a person feel real. That curiosity carries into everything I do, and it shapes the way I move through the world: present, grateful, and ready for what’s next. Even the changing seasons feel like quiet invitations to stay open to beauty — which is why, whenever someone asks me which season I love the most, I always think back on my grandmother;

Health and well-being have always been a natural part of my life. Having competed in elite-level floorball, I developed discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic from an early age. Today, I maintain an active lifestyle through gym-based strength training, as well as padel, tennis, pilates and running. I have strong principles to take care of my body, mind and soul, while still believing in a healthy balance that allows me to experience life in the best possible way.

I enjoy working to inspire others to prioritize their health. My passion for fitness extends beyond personal interest and aligns naturally with my professional experience in the wellness industry, where I have combined customer service, communication, and marketing to create positive experiences for others.

In a small local restaurant, the main task was to make every guest feel at home — greeting them with a smile, a warm impression, and superb service.

Guiding customers, driving sales, and keeping the shop floor inviting and well organized. A role built on reading the room, staying solution-oriented, and making every visitor feel seen.

Working across reception, sales, and local marketing. Managing both physical and digital marketing strategies, assisting members, hosting gym and padel events, and balancing every member’s needs with the company’s goals.
